Dana Vigran

A California native, Dana was raised on the beauty of the Sierra Nevada where she first discovered her love of wild nature. As a communications professional, she brings that inspiration to her work and is committed to building a just, equitable and sustainable future for people and the planet.

Dana has a background in gender justice, youth rights and sustainable urban development, and nearly a decade of experience working with organizations around the world to craft and share stories that further their work. At Hot or Cool, Dana drives the engagement and communications strategy for advancing knowledge and action on sustainability and society.

Dana holds an MSc in Gender, Development and Globalisation from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA in History and Theatre from Occidental College. She has lived and worked in Guatemala, the US, and the UK, and is currently based in Cologne, Germany.
