Julia Olliges is a Consultant at adelphi in the areas of sustainable consumption and lifestyles. She deals with a wide range of topics that all have in common to enable lifestyles compatible with the 1.5 °C target. Her responsibilities include research projects – for example on rebound effects and how environmental policy can avoid them – as well as the design and implementation of campaigns. She is very experienced in developing concrete strategies and contributions for the implementation of Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) – e.g. develops recommendations for action for the German government with regard to the implementation of SDG 12.

Julia Olliges completed the double master's program Environmental Policy and Planning at Freie Universität Berlin and Technische Universität Berlin. During her studies, she dealt with the harmonization of European eco-labels and transformation research, among other topics. Previously, she studied political science at the University of Bremen and at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
